Stanwood HS Transition Program

The Stanwood HS Transition Program guides and supports students age 18-21 in reaching their desired post-secondary goals. In other words, they help students become successful in real life, the “after school” life.

Many of the members of Stanwood Camano Aktion Club were founding members or have gone through the Transition program  at Stanwood High School. Aktion Club donates $1,000 a year to the Transition Program to help purchase supplies and incentives as well as equipment needed for the on campus “Orders to go…” take out restaurant, as well as other ventures. The E-Cycle money that is raised from the district electronics being recycled by Aktion Club is donated to the Transition program.
